Delete Account

Last updated: May 22, 2026

This page is public so users, App Store reviewers, and Google Play reviewers can find account deletion instructions without signing in.

Delete from the app

Plethora lets signed-in users request account deletion from inside the app.

  1. Open Plethora.
  2. Go to your profile settings.
  3. Choose delete account.
  4. Type delete to confirm.

Deletion removes or anonymizes user-facing account data, hides your published bits and playlists, removes social actions such as saves, likes, and blocks, clears in-app stamp balances and collect holdings, and anonymizes discussion remnants where needed for safety and thread continuity.

Delete some data without deleting your account

You can ask us to delete specific account data while keeping your Plethora account open. Email privacy@plethora.studio or support@plethora.studio from the email address on your Plethora account with the subject Partial data deletion request.

Tell us what you want deleted, such as profile information, drafts, uploaded bits, comments, replies, saves, likes, blocked-user entries, or support messages. We may ask for extra information to verify that the request comes from the account owner.

We will delete the requested data where technically and legally possible, or explain what cannot be deleted and why.

If you cannot access the app

Email support@plethora.studio from the email address on your Plethora account and ask for account deletion.

We may need to verify that you control the account before processing the request.

Data retention

Some limited records may be retained where needed for safety, abuse prevention, legal compliance, debugging, or platform integrity. This can include anonymized moderation records, security logs, backup copies for a limited period, and transaction or ledger history that no longer identifies the deleted account.

We process deletion requests as quickly as reasonably possible.
